Starr Fitness is the culmination of all Marla’s passions for health + fitness.

We’re mobile! As a traveling studio, we offer personal training and small group fitness classes on both land and water, where it’s most convenient for you.

Plus, as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach, Marla also offers one-on-one nutrition coaching.

Though Marla is based in Chicago, we can train together virtually, anytime, anywhere.

On Land

Marla is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, certified Barre Instructor, has kettlebell trained with StrongFirst and is a PN1-NC.

Marla pulls her experience from strength training, powerlifting, barre, yoga, high intensity interval training, cycling, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, TRX, CrossFit, football and boxing.

Private, duo and semi-private personal training and Small Group Fitness classes are available for scheduling now.

On Water

 The sky’s the limit when it comes to fitness! Come experience the tranquility and peacefulness of yoga while floating on water.

Marla is a PSUPA certified SUP Yoga instructor and offers Standup Paddle Board Yoga (SUP Yoga) and SUP Fitness classes during the Spring, Summer & Fall (when weather allows) on Saturday mornings in the Chicagoland suburbs.

Private SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness classes available as well.

Where To Find Marla

Starr Fitness was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic. When most fitness businesses were closing, Marla was offering up to 15 small group fitness classes a week both virtually & outdoors, ranging from yoga to barre to HIIT, boxing and even Cycle classes, to accommodate all her clients needs.

As businesses opened back up for in person classes again, Marla began coaching at F45 Elmhurst and Full Circle Barre in Oak Park.
